The family of Elizabeth Tami Odunsi, a Texas Woman’s University nursing student who was murdered by her roommate, has filed a $65 million lawsuit against the university and affiliated housing entities. The suit alleges that Odunsi was knowingly placed in a dangerous living situation and that the university failed to act on prior warnings about the roommate’s behavior.
