Arnold Itkin obtains $2 BILLION verdict against Bayer/Monsanto in Georgia court on Roundup/cancer claims

A Georgia jury ordered Bayer to pay $2.1 billion in a Roundup-related cancer case. The plaintiff claimed the weed killer caused his cancer. The verdict includes $65 million in compensatory damages and $2 billion in punitive damages. Bayer plans to appeal, arguing the decision contradicts scientific evidence. Bayer has paid $10 billion to settle similar claims and faces over 60,000 pending cases.
