Attorney Tony Buzbee filed a class action lawsuit against Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center and its former director of patient care, Robert Shrader. The suit seeks more than $100 million in damages, claiming that Shrader placed hidden cameras in restrooms, capturing private images of patients and staff. Plaintiffs allege invasion of privacy, emotional distress, and negligence. Memorial Hermann says the conduct was outside the scope of the director’s employment.
