Buc-ee’s has reached a settlement with “BarK-ees,” a Missouri dog park and bar, over trademark infringement claims. The Texas-based convenience store giant alleged the dog park’s name and branding copied its iconic logo. As part of the settlement, the dog park agreed to shut down operations permanently. Read more.
