Attorney Brad Beckworth filed a wrongful death lawsuit on behalf of the parents of camper Cile Steward after a deadly Hill Country flood at Camp Mystic. The lawsuit alleges the camp failed to monitor weather risks and evacuate campers in time. Plaintiffs claim negligence led to the child’s death.
