Houston attorney Tony Buzbee filed a lawsuit against the Austin Blacks Rugby Club and the UT Latin Economics and Business Association. The suit alleges they served alcohol to 19-year-old Texas A&M student Brianna Aguilera while she was underage before she fell to her death from an Austin high-rise. The family disputes police suggestions of suicide and seeks at least $1 million in damages.
