A woman has sued Houston strip club PoleKatz and its parent company, Houston KP LLC, alleging she was assaulted by a security guard while working at the club. According to the complaint, the guard allegedly picked her up and threw her into a mirror before removing her from the club and throwing her onto concrete outside. The suit alleges the club is responsible for the guard’s conduct and asserts negligent hiring and training claims. The plaintiff seeks more than $250,000 in damages. PoleKatz and Houston KP LLC have denied the allegations and are seeking dismissal of the case.
