Harris County has filed suit against Children’s Museum Houston after a county employee allegedly broke his neck when a gravity chair flipped during a visit to the museum. The county alleges the injury was caused by an unreasonably dangerous condition on the property and that the museum failed to warn visitors or make the condition safe. The lawsuit seeks less than $250,000 and aims to recover medical expenses and income benefits the county says it paid on the employee’s behalf.
