A Dallas County jury returned a $604 million verdict in favor of the families of three people killed and two others injured in a devastating 2021 interstate trucking crash in Mississippi. Jurors found the truck driver, motor carrier Lupus Superior, and freight broker C.H. Robinson negligent, making it one of the largest trucking verdicts in Texas history and one of the first major verdicts against a freight broker following recent Supreme Court precedent.
