Women accused of assaulting Midas employee at Bellaire location while using a Groupon promotion turn the tables – and are now suing Midas and Groupon

Dymond Canada and Donae Douglas are suing Midas and Groupon after being accused of assaulting a Midas employee in Bellaire, Texas, during a dispute over a Groupon oil change. A grand jury declined to indict them, and the women now allege false arrest and reputational harm. They seek damages for emotional distress and defamation.
