Callender Bowlin Files Class Action against Houston Texans, Alleges Mistreatment of PSL holders

A group of Permanent Seat License (PSL) holders has filed a lawsuit against the Houston Texans, alleging the team violated the Texas Free Enterprise Act by engaging in anticompetitive practices. The plaintiffs claim that the Texans revoked their “tenured status,” increased season ticket prices by 10% for the 2024 and 2025 seasons, and restricted their ability to resell tickets through certain platforms. They are seeking at least $1 million in damages, arguing that these actions harm both ticket holders and fans.
