Parents filed a civil suit in Harris County against Aramark Sports and Entertainment Services, ASM Global and the Aramark employee arrested after an 8-year-old boy was allegedly sexually assaulted in an NRG Stadium restroom during a Houston Texans game on Dec. 14. The suit claims negligent hiring and failure to protect children. The employee faces indecency with a child and attempted aggravated sexual-assault charges.
