A Texas man faces allegations that he slipped abortion‐inducing pills into his partner’s drink without her knowledge. In response, he filed a countersuit for $100 million, arguing that she fabricated or misrepresented the accusations. The legal fight now includes claims from both sides over truthfulness and damages.
